Folarin Oloyede is a modern business lawyer with unwavering passion for helping businesses grow. He became a Barrister-at-Law in 2010 after completing his training and passing mandatory exams at the Nigerian Law School. He was an Associate with Ayodele, Olugbenga & Co, Lagos where he was exposed to various arms of legal practice. Folarin later joined H. Michael & Co as a Senior Associate and later rose to the position of a Partner, a position he held until he left to start Horizon Expanse. During his period at H. Michael & Co, he led teams at various times to advise Banks and Companies on transactions valuing millions of local and foreign currencies. He also led teams to commence and conclude suits to recover assets.

Prior to 2010, Folarin bagged his Law Degree (LL. B) from University of Ilorin in 2008 and thereafter worked at the Investor Relations Unit of Access Bank Plc in 2009 during which he was part of a team that was mandated to clean up the Shareholders register and manage investors’ complaints.
Folarin is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the Joseph Business School.
