Emmanuel’s commercial practice is focused on building corporate organizations and advising a wide range of clients on complex real estate transactions and project financing.
A master negotiator, Emmanuel has advised several clients on international joint ventures, international trade agreements, and on regulatory and compliance issues in corporate and commercial law practice in Nigeria. Oheji has robust experience in advising companies both locally and internationally on compliance and the legal framework for business success in Nigeria.
He holds professional certifications in Corporate/Commercial Law Practice, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and in Information Technology Law.
Oheji has received training in Leadership and Innovation with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT Professional Education, Project Management Professional at the British Project Management Academy, as well as training as Total Quality Management Expert from the Rhan Wesley Institute of Management. He has also completed the Foundation Level of the Forward Program with McKinsey & Company.
Oheji Emmanuel Iji is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), as well as a member of the Section on Business Law of the NBA, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK (Nigerian Branch).
